Olympic weightlifting for men and women
Olympic weightlifting is a disciplin for both men and women. You will especially train your body control and power. Skills you can transfer directly to sports like boxing, BJJ, thaiboxing or you can use in your daily life. You are welcome on our classes no matter your age, gender or level. The class is full of energy and fun.

Where does the training take place?

Trainer Kristian Kofod is a former assistant trainer for the national team in weightlifting. He has more than 20 years experience as a teacher. Furthermore he has worked with olympic athletes, including two olympic medal winners. In 2006 he recieved a price for being trainer of the year.
