Julie is a service-minded and caring 27-year-old woman who has dealt with people since she started her first job at 12 years old.

Her passion is to help others with the body as a tool and has therefore taken an education in personal training, dietary guidance, physiology and anatomy and is certified in yoga and meditation, climbing, padel tennis, lifesaving, SUP and much more. In addition, she has trained herself most of her life and has a great deal of knowledge in training methods and techniques.

Julie’s greatest wish is to see her client happy and to know that she is making a difference. Training should be seen as a relief in everyday life rather than a burden. A course with her will therefore involve a journey that you embark on together and end together.
