Sigga is both a CrossFit coach and athlete.

The most important thing for her in her coaching work is, first of all, to create a good and secure relationship.

She values presence, communication and friendliness. The best thing for her is when things go well for you!

In her programming, she has a particular focus on functionality – i.e. that it must be transferable to your everyday life. She therefore focuses on exactly what will move you the furthest in relation to your goals.

She is also a trained dietician, with a focus on the fact that desired changes in what we call our ‘diet’ should not be overcomplicated, but instead made simple, so that they can last for everyday life. If you’re going to build a habit from scratch, it’s best to start small and manageable, doing it over and over until you’re ready for the next step. That’s why all Sigga’s coaching is structured around persistence, based on what exactly is affordable for you. When you take this perspective – with you and your life at the center – it also means talking about the mindset, and how your thoughts have a great influence on both training, diet and relationships, is a topic that often comes up.
