She helps you structure your training so that you have a concrete plan to achieve your goals. Together with her, you build a body that feels strong and healthy. She believes that, while having aesthetic goals, you can shift the focus to what the body can do and in that way make training fun.
Sophie has a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Health. Her dietary approach is that nothing is off limits – it’s all about quantity. Diet can be a bit of a jungle to navigate as there are many myths out there. Sophie helps you, and together you will find the habits that get you to your goals and at the same time fit into YOUR life.
