Training and exercise have always played a big role in Yakup’s life. His approach to training is very traditional, but with a twist of geekiness adapted to the individual.
Yakup believes that training should be tailored to the individual, so you can continue to see results and have fun in the process. Yakup has experienced firsthand how much being comfortable in one’s own body or simply being able to move affects one’s everyday life. That is why he also studies Sports and Health at the University, and he helps his clients to create results and see meaning in what they do.
Yakup helps both his clients to increase their strength, muscle mass or with weight loss – but mental health is really also something he focuses on, as he doesn’t think it’s worth just being physically fit.
