With a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Psychology and HR, ICI coach certification in stress, neuropsychology and EMP mental trainer, she specializes in the human psyche.

She combines this knowledge with the education as an EHFA certified Personal Trainer and Dietitian.

Her approach reflects how both the mental and the physical play together when clients need to perform or achieve goals.
