With a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Psychology and HR, ICI coach certification in stress, neuropsychology and EMP mental trainer, she has specialized in the human psyche.

She combines this knowledge with training as an EHFA certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.

Her approach reflects how both the mental and physical play together when clients need to perform or achieve goals.
