For Lise, training is a source of joy and balance – and neither punishment nor reward. Whether your goals are to get strong, lose weight, enjoy running or just generally improve your well-being, Lise’s focus is to combine a structured approach with your goals and your enjoyment of movement.
Her passion is functional training inspired by calisthenics and primal movement, which makes you strong, increases your mobility and challenges you mentally. Lise is, among other things, trained personal trainer, running instructor, sports facilitator and nutritionist, and she has taught various forms of movement and training for 10 years.
