Max is a trained personal trainer, Health Coach & Nutrition Coach with courses in performance improvement and rehab, core function, pain science, perception coach and advanced programming (sport-specific programming)
He has taught sports since he was 16, when he taught gymnastics/parkour. This quickly turned into geekery, where he especially found functional training interesting and has ever since challenged himself in everything from fitness, crossfit, calisthenics and Olympic weightlifting. He has competed at an elite level in both crossfit and Olympic weightlifting.
It is important to Max that those who train with him are trained to take their health and training into their own hands, and can continue to use him as sparring. Therefore, he sees a good session as one where the client leaves with greater knowledge of himself both mentally and physically.
