Fight classes
Sporting Health Club has a strong focus on martial arts and our Thai boxing and boxing classess in particular are extremely popular.
Your martial arts trainers all have experience in the ring as professionals or amateurs, which means they have a handle on techniques and know what it takes to get in the ultimate shape.
You can practice boxing and Thai boxing at several levels, so it’s fun for everyone to participate.

Strength & Cardio
Under Strength & Cardio you will find HIIT classes in all guises, e.g. HIIT Fatburner, HIIT Strength and HIIT Booty killer.
What all classes have in common is that they make you stronger, healthier and burn a lot of calories.
Your Strength & Cardio class trainers are both trained class instructors and personal trainers, so they know more about anatomy and exercise theory than your general class instructor.
