Sporting Health Club has a strong focus on combat sports and especially our muay thai and boxing classes are real popular.
Your combat sport trainers all have experience from the ring as professionals or amateurs, which means they have a handle on techniques and know what it takes to get in the ultimate shape.
You can practice boxing and muay thai at multiple levels, so it’s fun for everyone to participate.

Strength & Cardio
Under Strength & Cardio you will find HIIT classes in all guises, e.g. HIIT Fatburner, HIIT Strength and HIIT Booty killer. You will also find one of the world’s most popular training concepts, Les Mills – Bodypump.
What all classes have in common is that they make you stronger, healthier and burn a lot of calories.
Your Strength & Cardio class trainers are both trained class instructors and personal trainers, so they know more about anatomy and exercise theory than your general class instructor.
