Isak Valdemar Fonseca

Isak has grown up with Brazilian culture because his father is a Capoeira master. He started training Capoeira himself when he was 2 years old, and when he turned 19 he traveled to Rio to train for six months. Now he has opened his own school and teaches children aged 7-12.

Isak is a trained PE teacher and personal trainer from the Paul Petersen Sports Institute. He has worked as a personal trainer and group trainer for the past 3 years. He focuses on muscle building and mixes weight lifting with functional training.
