Magnus has always exercised in many disciplines. Everything from swimming and gymnastics in the early years to football at elite level both at youth and senior level. It has always been a big part of his life. In addition, he has since worked as a physical trainer and head coach for several clubs. It has given him a great understanding of people, and how to convey his knowledge.

Magnus is passionate about teaching, and his goal is to set you up for success. In close collaboration with you, he finds the plan that is sustainable for you and your life. He is good at communicating his knowledge of training theory and diet so that everyone understands. You get a wide range of tools and an understanding of the body, diet and training, so that after the end of a course it will be easy for you to continue on your own.

The fundamental thing in Magnus’ training methods is that it should NOT feel like a chore. Training must be motivating, challenging and energizing. Creating lasting results while maintaining good physical and mental health is a marathon and NOT a sprint.
