What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a calm, meditative style of yoga where you hold poses for a longer period of time – typically 3-5 minutes.
Instead of focusing on muscle strength and flow, you work with the body’s connective tissue, flexibility and inner peace.
Yin is a quiet counterpart to the more active types of yoga, and the purpose is to create space, presence and balance in both body and mind.
