Yes, our personal trainers are certified. A personal trainer can, for example, have a certification from EREPS, a certificate as a MSc in Sports from the University of Copenhagen or as a physiotherapist from the vocational college. It is important to us that our personal trainers have the necessary qualifications and expertise to deliver the best possible training and support to you. The certification is an important part of our commitment to maintaining high standards for the training we offer. Martial arts coaches and certification It is important to note that certificates are not always available for many martial arts. Some martial arts training methods and styles are based on traditional systems where certifications do not necessarily exist as a standardized practice. Instead, martial arts trainers’ expertise is often judged through their experience, achievements and recognition from others within the martial arts community. While certificates can be a good way to verify a trainer’s qualifications, we take great care to evaluate the competence of our martial arts trainers through a careful screening and interview process. We ensure that they have the necessary background and experience in their martial arts discipline and are able to teach in a professional and safe manner. Our primary goal is to always offer our members high quality training, regardless of whether certifications are available for a particular martial art or not.

The price of personal training often starts at 500,- an hour. It depends a lot on the number of hours as well as the coachs existing customers, ambitions, experiences, training and time available as well as location etc. Many personal trainers now run teams of 4-6 participants, which means that they can lower the price for you to less than 500, – per. hour. With this choice, you will not get this same attention from the trainer, but it is a good alternative to the more expensive 1-to-1 solution.

Most personal trainers provide dietary advice or prepare diet plans based on what you like. That way, you avoid eating something you do not like
